We built Cipherio because watching distributed teams struggle broke our hearts. You've got brilliant people spread across different time zones, different continents sometimes, and they're drowning in Slack messages and calendar hell. We've been there. So we created a platform that doesn't pretend remote work is just office work with worse lighting. It's different. Better, honestly. Our 47 clients aren't using us because they have to — they're using us because their teams actually collaborate now instead of just existing in separate boxes.

Started in 2019 when three of us got tired of managing remote teams with broken tools. We spent 18 months just listening to what people actually needed. Not what vendors said they needed. What they actually needed. Launched our MVP to 8 companies, learned fast, broke things, fixed things. Now we're working with teams across 23 countries, and honestly? We're just getting started. The feedback we get keeps us sharp.
